Our policy on returns and refunds for digital products

Important: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

At Oyescripts, we strive to provide high-quality digital products that meet your expectations. Since digital products can be downloaded and used immediately after purchase, we cannot offer automatic refunds like physical goods retailers.

We encourage you to:

  • Review demo/preview if available

When We May Issue Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Product Doesn't Work as Described

If the product has a critical bug or doesn't function as described in the product listing, and we are unable to fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice. Contact us immediately with order details.

Unauthorized Transaction

If someone made a purchase using your payment method without authorization. You may need to provide verification.

Download Issues

If you're unable to download the product after purchase and we cannot resolve the technical issue.

When Refunds Are NOT Provided

We generally do not offer refunds in these situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Product doesn't meet subjective expectations (design preferences, etc.)
  • You don't have the technical skills to use the product
  • Product is incompatible with third-party software not mentioned in requirements
  • You found a cheaper alternative elsewhere
  • You no longer need the product
  • Request made after 7 days of purchase (except for critical bugs)
  • Product has already been downloaded and used
  • License key has been activated

How to Request a Refund

    • Order ID / Transaction ID
    • Product name
    • Email used for purchase
    • Detailed reason for refund request
    • Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
  3. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Resolution: We'll notify you of our decision via email

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Your license key will be deactivated
  • Access to product downloads will be revoked

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, you'll need to make a new purchase.
