Digital Product Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in the following cases:
Eligible for Refund
- Product Not as Described - If the product significantly differs from its description
- Technical Issues - If the product has critical bugs that the seller cannot resolve
- Duplicate Purchase - If you accidentally purchased the same item twice
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of expertise to use the product
- Product works but does not meet expectations
- Requests made after 30 days of purchase
How to Request a Refund
- Contact the seller first to resolve the issue
- If unresolved, open a support ticket
- Provide your order number and detailed explanation
- Allow 3-5 business days for review
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
