We stand behind the quality of products on Oyescripts. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Product significantly different from description: The product does not match the features or functionality described on the product page
- Critical bugs: The product has major bugs that prevent basic functionality and the seller cannot fix them within a reasonable timeframe
- Security issues: The product contains security vulnerabilities that cannot be resolved
- Missing advertised features: Key features mentioned in the description are missing
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same item twice
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You simply changed your mind after purchase
- You don't have the technical skills to use the product
- Your server doesn't meet the requirements (check requirements before purchasing)
- You purchased the wrong license type
- The product works as described but doesn't meet your specific expectations
- You found a cheaper alternative elsewhere
- You're requesting a refund for a product purchased more than 30 days ago
- You've already downloaded and used the product extensively
- You violated the license terms
Refund Process
- Contact Support First: Before requesting a refund, contact the seller or our support team. Many issues can be resolved quickly.
- Submit Refund Request: If the issue cannot be resolved, submit a refund request from your Dashboard or contact us with:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
- Review Period: We'll review your request within 3-5 business days
- Resolution: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full refund, such as:
- Extended support was purchased but the base product is being refunded
- Only a portion of the product has issues
- Significant time has passed since purchase
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are costly and time-consuming for everyone. If you have a legitimate issue, we're happy to work with you to resolve it.
Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in:
- Revocation of licenses
- Account suspension
- Inability to make future purchases
For Sellers
If a refund is issued for your product:
- The commission will be deducted from your next payout
- You'll be notified of the refund and reason
- Excessive refund rates may affect your seller status
